Joint Project Webinar on Taxonomy and Small Modular Reactors (SMR)
2022-07-08
On July 6, 2022 the European Parliament voted to include gas and nuclear in the EU taxonomy. This leads to the inclusion of the so-called Advanced Reactors as a Green transitional technology.
In our webinar we discussed what the EP decisions will mean for nuclear technology and the SMR/Advanced Reactors in particular. After a talk of Paul Dorfman Gabriele Mraz introduced in her presentation results of the Joint Project survey on nuclear regulators on their SMR regulation.
